About Us
The land of Sitapur is the land of saints like Maharshi Dadhichi. For a long time, there has been demand of a post graduate college for the development of higher studies. To fulfil this motto, Govt of U. P. established this PG college in 1993. It started in the campus of ITI, Sitapur and Dr. S. K. Gupta took charge of first principal on 07/07/1993. After some time it shifted to its own building which is situated on Sitapur-Lucknow highway in the south-east direction on 5th KM from Sitapur to Lucknow.
Along with commerce classes, science classes were started in 1995 in the college. Maths and Bio classes were started in science group in 1995.
Affiliation from Kanpur University and clearance from Govt. was granted in 1996 for M. Com. and first exam for M. Com. was held in 1997.
In 1999, education minister at that time Honourable Dr. Narendra Kumar Singh Gaur inaugurated Science Building.
